A bit of cloud cover should help things immensely today. Fishing has been very tough during the day under sunny skies. Dredging nymphs on the bottoms of pools and twitching leeches and streamers through the same deeper waters will produce some fish, but the action is really in the late afternoon and evening when fish start rising to midges. Midge pupae, larvae under an indicator, and even a small parachute adams will catch these rising fish. Just remember the water is still very clear so a long leader and stealthy approach are necessary.
