UPDATE 9:00 AM: There is clear water. Some of the smaller creeks are running with only a slight stain.About 2 inches of rain total last night has the majority of the water up and muddy again this morning. There are some tiny tributary streams that are fishable, and some of the other smaller streams will fish well with scuds and san juan worms. As things drop and clear this afternoon leeches and scuds will fish very well. Expect most of our waters to be fishable by this evening and into tomorrow barring any more rain.
