Fishing north of Viroqua (Timber Coulee, West Fork) is getting better but the streams are still murky to clear depending on how high up you fish. The tributary streams are much better.Fishing overall has been very good on scuds and blue winged olive nymphs, as well as on dry flies when the olives are coming off (mid afternoon). Leeches have been hot on stained water, and terrestrials in the darker and smaller range are catching quite a few fish.
