Driftless Area

Rating: 3, temperature: 34 ℉, condition: Flurries.

The good fishing over the weekend will continue with temperatures in the mid to high 30s this week climbing into the 40s.  The evenings will be cold enough to re-freeze any melting and keep the streams from getting too cold or muddy.
Waters are clear with temps in the high 30s to mid 40s.  Midges have been hatching daily around noon, and fish are eating both surface and subsurface midges.  Larger scuds and nymphs are working too, as are leech patterns.
