The sun is peeking out first thing this morning which will get things moving quickly today. Water temps are in the high 30s to mid 40s, and streams are clear.We have had rising fish area wide with the best surface activity on waters 40 degrees or warmer.
Midges and emergers are getting fish on the surface while scuds, prince nymphs, midge larvae and leeches are working subsurface.
